About Department
CSA University offers two years full time Master of Business Administration degree programme in Agri-business. It has been designed to provide adequate basic understanding about managerial concepts of business in agri-sector. The programme is designed to train the students effectively and also inculcate in the area of entrepreneurship skills, which enables the students to get attuned to the expectations of corporate culture and professionally competence in the subject.

Mission
The mission of Department of Agri-business Management is to help agriculture and industrial sector to develop core competence by creating a new breed of qualified, well trained, motivated and committed professional agri-managers equipped with modern management theories and practical practices and appropriate behavioral values and skill with an aptitude and sensitivity for the agriculture sector and rural development.
Objectives
The underlying objectives of the department are:
- To impart education and training to young graduates for taking up the responsibility for managing any organization and agro-based income generating and developing activity.
- To offer training program for business professional, policy makers and entrepreneurs for improving decision making skill and administrative competence.
- To undertake research projects on client specific problem and on general facing industries segment.
- To create knowledge through research relevant to management discipline and to disseminate such knowledge through publication.
- To participate in and to contribute to the formulation of public policy.
- To collaborate with other institution in the state and in the country to fulfill the above objectives.
- To organized seminar/conferences/discussion at the national and international level to fulfill the cause of Agri-business.

CSA an edifying university is carrying the legacy forward in empowering the young minds to further open new horizons for creativity. Besides creating fertile minds for Agri -professionals and personal success, we are committed to create responsible citizens who are the epitome of highest ethics and social conduct. The smart system of learning at Department of Agri business Management enables students to stand in the line of other premiere institutions of the country. Five year data of the department comprised number of intake and placed students in different reputed organization are reflected that 100 per cent students were placed in year 2014-15 while 94.44 percent in 2015-16 and 93.75 percent during 2016-17 were placed. 100 percent students were placed during 2017-18. Overall 94.18 per cent students were placed in various agro-based industries, seed and fertilizers organizations and banks. These are mainly – ORBI Pvt. Ltd. VNR Seeds Pvt. Ltd. ADAMA Pvt. Ltd. Dayal Group, Dhanuka Agri-tech Limited, Nuzi veedu Seeds Ltd., Bayer Science, PI Group, DSCL, UPL, Sinochem India Company Pvt. Ltd., Bayer Science and AXIS Bank , SBI and Civil Services etc.

Every student is gifted with some talent and they nourish and nurture their talent for their all round development and to make their life meaningful. Cultural values are essential for every citizen. It helps in preserving and reviving a nation’s heritage and traditions. Our cultural club aims is established to identify and nurture inherent talent among students and provide a platform to exhibit their skills in various forms of Art, multitasking and work as a team building, to provides a platform to students to showcase their talent in music, dance, fine arts and, to encourages managerial capabilities such as event management and stage organization among students.
Manage Minds- Academic Club of CSA
This club established to provide academic & career resources to help our members pursue their interests for activities and events covering business, creating public awareness and, bringing out the best in its members by conducting events that enhance personality traits
